-Manage the equipment as needed
-Assist other crew members with their duties
-Make sure all the members have their necessary tools
-Perform safety checks for people and equipment on the set
-Deliver messages among team members
-Help with various administrative work

Production Assistant requirements:
-Previous working experience as a Production Assistant
-Physical strength and stamina
-A valid driver’s license
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail
-Proactive problem solver
-Computer savvy

We have a huge project in the Hinsdale happening right now and need some extra PA help this weekend (9/23 + 9/24).

The project is called Whole Home; we’re gut renovating a historic home and have 14 different design teams redesigning spaces inside. Our HB staff on the ground needs support through all matters of production.

You’d work this weekend (9/23 + 9/24) and potentially stay on through the duration of the project (desing plus photoshoot) through 10/3. This would include next weekend (9/30 + 10/1).

10 hour days plus $37.50/hr for OT. Lunch is provided. Stipend for breakfast (and dinner if OT).

ISO of a Production Assistant in the Mohnton, PA area for a traveling reality tv show.

We're looking for 1 PA for a 2 to 3-day documentary shoot in Flagstaff, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Sunday, 10/1 to Tuesday, 10/3.

PA duties will include but are not limited to: Driving production mini-vans, airport pick-ups, gear pick-ups, going on runs, taking lunch orders, unloading gear cases, moving heavy furniture, helping keep set clean, printing & scanning.

Seeking Production Assistant who has experience with sourcing items for departments such as Art, Props, Set Dec and Costumes; and the normal office type things like expenses and small runs.
 
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in working with some or all of the departments listed above.

Days will be around 8 hours with some going closer to 10, depending on shoot schedules.

Looking for a local PA in the Waverly, TN area on Saturday, 9/23, for one or two sit-down, one-on-one interviews + some b-roll shooting for a documentary feature. Duties include but not limited to: ordering crew lunch (crew size of 5, plus interviewee potentially) and picking it up, handling releases, helping interviewee at location (getting them water/snacks as needed), helping crew load/set-up gear.

Sit in provided hotel room and help producers with any participants requests; i.e, get them dinner, snacks, etc.….
Relieve security for any breaks they might need throughout the night.

Must be comfortable driving a minivan OR personal vehicle for runs

Pay is $16.78/hour with a 12 hour standby (12 hour pay).
Mileage once *on set* is reimbursed.

We are looking for a Field PA for a 8 week shoot.
Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs.
Previous experience preferred.
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
