Campaign Production Assistant (part-time/20 hours per week)
Harley & Co. seeks a highly detailed and energetic Campaign Production Assistant to assist in
the execution of all aspects of event planning, production, and outreach for multiple community
and cultural events in the DALLAS, TX area. The Campaign Production Assistant will be
engaged to support event activations and general logistics for the duration of an HIV prevention
campaign launching in June 2023.
The Campaign Production Assistant will work closely with the production and strategy teams to
ensure that all related elements are properly handled in a timely and professional manner. This
position will assist team members to execute all aspects of event planning, production,
marketing and outreach related to each campaign activation. The Campaign Production
Assistant will assist as the local liaison with all campaign partners, helping to maintain strategic
relationships, establishing parameters to build collaborative efforts, and answering questions or
concerns that come up for both parties.
This is a temporary, contract position, perfect for someone looking to work on a groundbreaking
campaign aimed at catalyzing conversation around HIV prevention amongst heavily impacted
communities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many different hats at once and
will be extremely detail oriented with strong communications skills, both written and verbal. In
addition, this position requires someone who is a self- starter and enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment without consistent oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include:
● Assist with all community and internal outreach and communication (written and verbal).
● Assist in the development and organization of all aspects of event logistics, including
agendas, schedules, timelines, task lists, and event programs.
● Assist with all event packing, unloading and re-loading, and the distribution of all event
materials to local partners.
● Assist in logistics related errands, including drop-offs and pick-ups of event materials.
● Assist in collecting and reporting accurate on-the-ground metrics on campaign
performance (e.g. - event attendance)
● Ensure that all campaign activations are conducted according to contractual
agreements.
● Managing relationships and fielding questions from local partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
● 1-3 years experience in event production
● Knowledge of the Dallas arts and cultural scene
● Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and proficiency with Mac
computers
● Ability to work as part of a professional team
● Planning, organizational and prioritization skills
● Resourcefulness and problem-solving
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● High energy, self-managing, and self-starter personality
● Ability to have flexible hours including early morning, nights, and weekends as needed
● Adept at managing multiple tasks in a calm and professional manner
● Strong desire to work as part of a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast paced,
out-of-the-box environment
