Reality Competition Show seeking Production Assistants who are eager to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment. In addition to general industry PA duties (ie. trash sweeps, runs, etc.), please be time and schedule oriented, have great customer service, and be comfortable wrangling talent.

RATE: Please note the hourly rate for this position is $16.04/hr. This rate is subject to change pending any minimum wage increases implemented by the state of California.

NOTE: We anticipate that you will work between 8 and 10 hours a day, but there is no guarantee. Overtime is paid in accordance with the law (e.g. at 1.5x per hour if you work more than 8 hours and less than 12 in a day). This is an hourly position and both dates and schedules are subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Receiving/ Launching talent to and from set
- Logging/ Tracking times for all scheduled obligations
- Making/ Answering phone calls
- Making/ Answering emails
- General cleaning/ maintenance duties
- Maintaining a clean and stocked office environment
- Keeping constant communication with cast and crew (ie: walkies, Google Hangouts, texts, etc.)
- Driving cast and crew in production minivan

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant should meet the following job requirements for consideration.

1. Be local to Los Angeles, CA.
2. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You will be required to submit a background check.
3. Be comfortable driving cast and crew in a production Mini Van.
4. Must understand and have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)
5. Must have a working cell phone, personal laptop, and reliable transportation.

We are looking for a Los Angeles area based Production Assistant as we approach the start of production for a low-budget feature length drama with 11 shoot days. The position will involve on-set and off-set duties. Role Responsibilities:

Prep and set important areas of the property (ie. signage, stanchions, decor, bar)

Ensure dedicated areas remain to standard + clean at all times; includes removal of trash bags, tidying tables, removing cups or used plates, etc (camera ready)
Follow event scope at direction of Production Coordinators
Interact with and provide assistance to clients and related staff as needed
Hand out event favors, beverages as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner

Looking for a PA who is deeply knowledgeable / knows the ins & outs of Formula 1 Racing. The role would be assisting producer on an upcoming F1 project - must have F1 and control room experience.

This listing is for a Production Assistant for the events dept. We are doing our final football event of the season in Huntington Beach. We will be unloading trucks, setting up production spaces, dozens of tents, athlete vip areas, hydration areas, trash sweeps etc. The days will be pretty physical outside in the sun all day. We will also assist the staging and production departments. I will not consider hiring anyone commuting from Los Angeles so please only apply if your in the Huntington Beach CA area.
