We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Sat 10/07/23 @ 4pm

Estimated End: Breakdown - 3-4 hours, subject to change

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead.

Looking for an overnight PA Thursday PM into Friday AM. This person will help with wrap of a show, gear returns to FedEx late night/early AM, and then drive handoff once media management is finished. There will be significant downtime in the early hours of the morning. Job is taking place in Midtown Manhattan. Must be comfortable walking with gear late at night.

ISO PA to assist with Grip Gear Cube Truck pick up and delivery to set and return when wrapped in addition to normal set operation and runs such as lunch runs for a small interview crew (total of six). Must be willing to lend a hand wherever needed and bring positive attitude.

PA's are assigned to performing talent to execute any onsite needs of the talent they are assigned to, or their crew. They will work closely with the Production Coordinator on all things needed to execute a live event.

We will be shooting a reality presentation tape with multiple cast members. This is along the lines of Married to Medicine/Housewives. There will be two days of 2 camera coverage of scene work and one day of sit down interviews.

This is a very small production. We will have an EP who will act as second camera and a PA. The scene work will most likely not include more than 6 cast members at any one time.
It will be basic follow doc style, run and gun. We will set up scenes and produce them, but we will also be grabbing sound ups and OTFs as they come at us.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Plano, IL.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.
