As an archiver your task will be to monitor athlete competitions and ensure all videos have been uploaded correctly through software and documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring all athletes compete in the correct order and all videos have been uploaded correctly. You will work with the producer to ensure everything is accounted for and correct.
Looking for Production Assistants for a cooking competition show. Responsibilities include driving cast/crew to location, going on runs, and being of general assistance to all on set needs. Previous experience preferred.
Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving a 15 passenger van.
Production is following strict Covid-19 protocols and will be testing 3x per week.
New series filming in and around the NYC area looking for strong field PAs.
This show takes place entirely on location filming April- June, 3-4 days a week.
Duties to include:
- Driving a 15 pass van, *must have clean driving record*
- Helping production load in & set up at each location. Tents/ tables/ crafty/ coolers, etc.
- Going on production runs/ tracking receipts for pcards and petty cash use
- Gear knowledge not required, but helpful to have an understanding of equipment to assist crew
- Ability to be outside all day in any weather conditions
- Assisting COVID team as needed with any sanitation
- Will be PCR tested weekly on site
Each day starts and ends at the Production Office in lower Manhattan, will drive to a location in the Greater NYC/NJ area each day for filming.

Looking to hire a Talent PA for a new auction series that will be filming around the NYC area.
Talent PA will be responsible for driving our host (fully vaccinated) to and from set each day.
They will also be responsible for running various errands that may come up while filming.
A rental vehicle will be provided for the run of show.

Responsibilities include helping crew load/unload gear, assisting with appearance releases, going on runs for lunches, production's needs, etc. , and being of general assistance on set. Must be willing to do even the most mundane tasks with a positive attitude. Must be able to lift 45 lbs. Previous experience preferred.
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We do not cover travel or accommodations.
