We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistants (PAs) to join our team for an upcoming shoot. As a PA, you will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth running of the shoot. The positions we are looking to fill include:

Client PA - responsible for supporting the needs of the client, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the shoot.

Contracts PA - responsible for exhibit Gs and ensuring all sag contracts are filled in by talent

On-set PAs - responsible for supporting the needs of the crew, assisting with setting up and running equipment, and ensuring the shoot runs smoothly. Set PAs who can double up as pass van drivers - responsible for assisting the transportation team with driving equipment and crew to and from set locations.

Production Assistant Job Tasks:
• Loading and unloading 18-26 ft. production trucks
• Heavy lifting, setting-up/tearing-down equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, pop-up tents, cables, store and errand runs, pick-up coffee and crafty).

We are looking for a NYC based Field/Office Production Assistant as we approach the end of production for a feature length documentary. The position will involve some office work (either from home or in our office) as well as some field work including prep as well as shoots. The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving minivans and cargo vans.

In need of two Production Assistant to help on a new series starting 5/29 - 5/31

Daily duties will include driving crew to set, helping on location, going on runs, getting lunch for crew and supporting the Production Manager. Willing to drive a sprinter van and lift production equipment to help set up base camp/PO area. Crew size can be up to 20.

Must have a current and valid driver's license.

This is a fast-paced production on a very tight schedule.

Must be local or willing to work local in the Long Island, NY area. Production will not be covering travel expenses.

ISO of experienced PAs for a docu series shoot. Responsibilities will include obtaining releases, assisting with gear, runs and driving.

Experienced Production Assistant needed for 2 day doc/interview style shoot. We prefer to hire someone that can work locally. This is a non union job. We need you to be available for both 5/28 and 5/29 which is Memorial Day.

Dates: 6/19 - 6/20

Rate: $300 / 12
Pay is $300/12. An invoice should be emailed to PM following the event. Start Paperwork will be sent prior to the event.

Location: New York Historical Society

Duties:
6/19 - finish badge printing, soft check-in set up, assist in PM Load-in responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew
6/20 - set up check-in/registration and run check-in badge printing process with PM, runner onsite, assist in and PM responsibilities, assist with ordering/grabbing food & bev for crew.

I need a PA for two days, 6/7/23 and 6/14/23, to help load gear and run errands. Thank you.

Looking for a set PA for a 2 day shoot in NYC. This is an unscripted documentary style shoot where kids answer questions on a playground. Need a PA to do runs and lock ups.
