Major Network Reality Series looking for a few day players to help us out at our open casting call in NYC! Looking for upbeat and friendly casting assistants to hand out wristbands, answer applicant questions and help us manage the day.

PA experience required. Casting PA experience preferred.

Call Time: 8:00am

We are producing a college sports documentary focused on men's baseball. We are seeking a Local Production Assistant with a valid driver's license in the West Point, NY area on the following dates:

FRIDAY 04/26/24
SATURDAY 04/27/24
SUNDAY 04/28/24

- General PA duties include: help move equipment, load in/load out, assist the producer in the field, assist the camera team in the field, run errands, pickups, returns, deliver lunches and coffee, etc.
- The PA must have a valid US Driver's License and must be comfortable driving a crew van or large SUV
- Must be local to West Point NY area or able to self report report to location each day

The project is operating on a fixed flat rate budget with a rate of $250/Day/12hr for this Local Hire role. (3 DAYS = $750 total flat-rate)

We are seeking a driver/pa for Morganville, NJ for a small footprint, non-union, non-scripted shoot. The person must be local to the area and have experience/feel comfortable driving an RV. Additionally, PA will support the field team as much as possible - Responsible, reliable, and a good attitude.

June 7th & June 8th, 2024.

Rate - $225/12

We are in search of a Production Assistant to help with event coverage on June 1, 2024 in the Morningside Heights neighborhood in Manhattan.

This PA will assist the DP and Producer in capturing the event. Additionally, the PA may also be needed to help capture interviews. This PA should be reliable and professional. Experience and comfort with equipment are a plus.

Major Responsibilities:
● Under direction, carefully load and unload all exhibits, assets, and equipment from semi truck and trailers
● Position all exhibits, assets and equipment under the direction of the Race Directors and/or other Event staff
● Set up and take down the fencing and pop-up tents at each event
● Strictly follow safety guidelines to maintain safe working conditions for all team members as well as the integrity of all exhibits, assets, and equipment
● Under direction, provide set up and take down of equipment and assets along a certified marathon route

Qualifications:
● Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs
● Availability for weekend events, early mornings and late afternoons/evenings
● Punctuality and reliability
● Follows directions; eager to learn systems
● Must have own transportation (to get to and from airport/office) and Valid Drivers License
● Experience driving box trucks up to 26 ft a plus
● Preferred: experience with events, moving furniture, warehouse stocking, exhibit/trade show installations, inventory management, physical labor

Looking for a Production Assistant for a Sports Collectible Ad shoot that's happening in Wappinger Falls NY. Must have a vehicle you can drive to set as you will need to do runs as needed.

We will provide mileage for your runs as well as mileage for you driving to Wappinger and home again. Just a 1 day shoot.

Helping with a shoot we are doing in a hospital. Basically helping us move the equipment around the hospital.

Looking for production assistants to support us for filming in Pittsburgh for 4/19 & 4/20 for a docu-follow series. Duties will include: set & crew support, loading in / out of gear, meal & supply shopping runs, appearance release signing assistance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Day and Staff Call-Time: Fri 5/3/24 @ 5am

Event Hours: 11am - 3pm

Estimated End: 5pm as needed

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.
