Schedules and Attends daily meetings, takes notes and follows up on action items.
Coordinates access for daily show guests and talent, ensuring compliance with EHS protocols
Escorts guests, talent and new hires from reception to respective areas.
Monitors and order department office supplies.
Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery.
Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares detailed itineraries.
Acts as a liaison *** ween departments and producers.
Responds to and anticipates requests from producers, providing fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies; follow up on action items on behalf of the producers as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Works under the direct supervision of EP & Director, Content Production and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
