Qualifications: 
-Positive attitude

-Familiarity with, or willingness to learn communications and project management tools, such as Slack, Box, Airtable, and Google Docs
-Ability to lift up to 30lbs and be on your feet for long durations. 

$25/hour with OT (1.5x) after 40 hours per week

Major Responsibilities:
● Under direction, carefully load and unload all exhibits, assets, and equipment from semi truck and trailers
● Position all exhibits, assets and equipment under the direction of the Race Directors and/or other Event staff
● Set up and take down the fencing and pop-up tents at each event
● Strictly follow safety guidelines to maintain safe working conditions for all team members as well as the integrity of all exhibits, assets, and equipment
● Under direction, provide set up and take down of equipment and assets along a certified marathon route

Qualifications:
● Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs
● Availability for weekend events, early mornings and late afternoons/evenings
● Punctuality and reliability
● Follows directions; eager to learn systems
● Must have own transportation (to get to and from airport/office) and Valid Drivers License
● Experience driving box trucks up to 26 ft a plus
● Preferred: experience with events, moving furniture, warehouse stocking, exhibit/trade show installations, inventory management, physical labor

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! We are shooting a proof of concept for a docuseries about some racers at the Laguna Seca racetrack 5/9 - 5/12. We will be shooting interviews and at the track. General PA duties - helping load/unload gear, getting lunch, dealing with crafty, driving golf carts, getting releases, driving minivans, dealing with clients.

Shooting will most likely be 4 days Thursday - Sunday.

Seeking PA for ~ 1 week shoot, heavy driving

Looking for one (1) runner for a major music festival to serve as the runner/PA for the sponsorship team. Duties include going on runs and assisting with duties on-site as needed. MUST be willing to work as a local & must own/have access to a car.

We're looking for 2 PAs for a 6 to 7-day documentary shoot in Utica, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Tuesday, May 7th to Tuesday, May 14th with 1 to 2 dark days in between.
