Production Assistant Job Tasks:
• Loading and unloading 18-26 ft. production trucks
• Heavy lifting, setting-up/tearing-down equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, pop-up tents, cables, store and errand runs, pick-up coffee and crafty).

My name is Connor Panse, and I am producing a short-form doc shoot for The Department of Veterans affairs! We are looking for a few PA's to assist with the shoot. Duties will include making runs, organizing crew, and helping set run smoothly.
Setup is a fairly simple talking-head interview, with additional B-Roll filmed in the field. Shoot is non-union, $250 for 12 hours, with standard 8 hr + 4 hr OT breakdown. Guaranteed 12 for pay.

Looking for a couple production assistants for the dressing room team for a live event taking place June 25th in Downtown Los Angeles. 12 hour+ days, OT after 12.

Important details: This event takes place in a venue with a very large footprint -- a lot of walking will be involved! Discretion is paramount -- no social media posting from backstage, rehearsals, etcetera.

Dates:
Thursday, June 22nd - Sunday, June 25th.

Rate:
- Dressing Room Assistant - $230/12.
- Key Dressing Room Assistant - $240/12.
- Mileage reimbursed for runs related to show. Mileage not reimbursed for travel to and from site to begin/end your work day.

General duties:
- Shopping for dressing room riders, stocking dressing rooms, band & dancer rooms, etc.
- Setting up pipe & drape.
- Moving expendables to dressing rooms (mirrors, hair & make-up stations, steamers).
- Meal runs for rehearsal and show days.
- Various duties related to dressing rooms / rehearsals as needs arise.

Requirements:
- Have and be able to use a working vehicle for necessary runs related to event (no transportation of people).
- Able to lift 30+ pounds.
- Must be able to work as a local - travel/lodging will not be provided.
- Professional attire ("Business casual", all black on show days. Comfortable shoes. Please no rips, tears, crop tops, etc.)
- Able to communicate professionally and respectfully with various personalities. (You are not expected to "accept" any negative behavior from difficult personalities, but professionalism must be maintained and all conflicts should be directed to department head to handle).

ISO a production assistant to help out a video production team for a wedding rehearsal on July 7, 2023 and the wedding itself on July 9, 2023. Responsibilities will include transporting some gear from the church location to the reception location, being a general runner for the production team, and likely assisting the sound operator with microphones.

July 7, 2023 will be approximately 12P - 4P, and July 9, 2023 will be approximately 2P - 8P.

Due to the sensitivity of the subject, we are looking for a female PA.

This would be for:
21st June - pick up hire car and talent form airport in Providence, RI
22nd June - help crew prepping shoot / looking after talent if needed
23rd June - shoot day 1 in Providence
24th June - Shoot day 2 in Providence
25th June - Shoot day 3 AM in Providence and then travel to Boston with talent in the PM
26th June - Shoot day 4 in Boston. Depending on wrap time, crew will either overnight in Boston again or travel back to Providence with talent.
27th June - TBC possible travel back to Providence in the AM, drop off talent and hire car at airport and wrap.

We will provide a hire car for the whole shoot and accommodation will also be provide for the Boston filming.
