Looking for local freelance PAs to add to our roster. Will include field work in the LA area and potential office work in our North Hollywood office. Previous office and field experience preferred. Basic duties include daily runs, providing support to the production team (most of whom are working remotely at this time), scanning and filing documents, restocking supplies, and assisting the executive staff.
We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, who thinks creatively, and who has excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to look ahead and anticipate issues and future needs. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, with excellent communication and people skills. Candidate should be someone who takes on every task with a positive attitude and sees it through to completion.
Must be able to lift 45 pounds.
Must be 18 or older with a valid drivers license, valid car insurance, satisfactory driving record, and a reliable vehicle. Experience driving a cargo van a plus.
