Reality Competition Show seeking Production Assistants who are eager to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment. In addition to general industry PA duties (ie. trash sweeps, runs, etc.), please be time and schedule oriented, have great customer service, and be comfortable wrangling talent.

RATE: Please note the hourly rate for this position is $16.04/hr. This rate is subject to change pending any minimum wage increases implemented by the state of California.

NOTE: We anticipate that you will work between 8 and 10 hours a day, but there is no guarantee. Overtime is paid in accordance with the law (e.g. at 1.5x per hour if you work more than 8 hours and less than 12 in a day). This is an hourly position and both dates and schedules are subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Receiving/ Launching talent to and from set
- Logging/ Tracking times for all scheduled obligations
- Making/ Answering phone calls
- Making/ Answering emails
- General cleaning/ maintenance duties
- Maintaining a clean and stocked office environment
- Keeping constant communication with cast and crew (ie: walkies, Google Hangouts, texts, etc.)
- Driving cast and crew in production minivan

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant should meet the following job requirements for consideration.

1. Be local to Los Angeles, CA.
2. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You will be required to submit a background check.
3. Be comfortable driving cast and crew in a production Mini Van.
4. Must understand and have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)
5. Must have a working cell phone, personal laptop, and reliable transportation.

Job Description

As a Production Assistant, you will work with the production team to help deliver live and same day delay event coverage during the Olympic Games.

The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting producers and editors in the development and execution of Olympic feature elements which will include long form, short form, and historic lookbacks. Contribute to execution of original digital features and exclusive web/social content.
Aid the Head of Digital and Digital Producers in the creation and publishing of short and long-form content across a variety of social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and more.
Work with publishing tools to build and schedule cross-platform social content.
