We are a high paced reality show looking to book a few PA's (various positions) to help us with an offsite shoot starting July 28th - September 30th.


- Must have the full work available (10 hrs minimum)
- No car necessary, but would be a plus!

Looking for approximately 12 PA's for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center towards the end of next month for several days. MUST have PA experience, ability to lift 30-40 lbs, team player, and the ability to think on your feet. Super bonus if you know the area well and have worked at this venue before.

You will be expected to:

• Manage the We Call It experience on-site, ensuring the experience runs smoothly from conception to delivery
• Represent the brand through professional management of the event and communication with artists and clients.
• Coordinate the arrival and load-in of all production equipment, props, costumes, and materials to the venue.
• Coordinate a dry technical rehearsal with venue technician and a tech rehearsal and run with artists and technicians prior to the first performance.
• Manage and train ushers, security, and other relevant patron-facing personnel.
• Understand and coordinate the validation of tickets.
• Deal with any customer inquiries on-site.
• Coordinate the start of show between FOH, technicians, and artists.
• Manage the load out and storage of production equipment, props, costumes, and materials.

A production assistant helping us along our day. Trash sweeps, ensuring the coolers are full, and helping hands for other departments.

Short term Production Assistant needed for a reality show shooting in the OC/Santa Ana area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, helping the crew load and unload equipment, distributing walkies, assisting with appearance releases, crafty runs, setting up meals, and general day to day on set help.

The rate is $20.45 an hour based on a 10 hour day. $225 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. Additional pay after 10 hours. The meal is off the clock. We provide the meal.
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance since driving is a requirement of the job. Mileage reimbursement between locations and runs. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Looking for a production assistant for a one-day shoot in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on Wednesday, July 3. There is a good chance that I will need this person to work on July 2nd as well. Candidate must have a car and be available to run errands as needed.

Freelance PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

This gig is different than a regular day on set. I will be shipping a Go Bag to you with some camera equipment. You will make sure it is charged then be on hold to hand it off to our cast member on an overnight on July 4th-5th. Will be a couple hours of work but will be paid a full day. Looking for a PA to assist the team with two 10 hour interview + b-roll shoots in Indianapolis, IN.
No gear is required, call time 8AM.

We pay $20/h for 10 hours guaranteed per day (10 hours) and $30/h after that. We do not expect the shoot to go into overtime.

Dresser Duties include:
• Helping dress the girls

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.
