Trademark Events is looking for local production assistants in the Washington DC area. We are producing a consumer conference from April 15-17, 2023 for a tech client. Trademark Event Productions, Inc. – is a full service event management and production company based in San Francisco and New York.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and achieving operational objectives while working closely with the Lead Producer or other Producers.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Registration staffing
Directionals
Activations support
Sponsor and exhibits support
Building (no prior experience needed)
Setting up and loading out office equipment at venue
Travel to and from home and venue

We are producing a college sports documentary focused on men's baseball. We are seeking a Local Production Assistant with a valid driver's license in Annapolis, MD on the following dates:

THURSDAY 04/18/24
FRIDAY 04/19/24


General PA duties: help move equipment, load in/load out, assist the producer in the field, assist the camera team in the field, run errands, pickups, returns, deliver lunches and coffee, etc. The PA must have a valid US Driver's License and must be comfortable driving a crew van or large SUV.

The project is operating on a fixed flat rate budget with a rate of $250/Day/12hr for this Local Hire role. (2 DAYS = $500 total flat-rate)

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Centreville, VA.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Feature documentary crew is looking for 2 PAs local to Austin, TX for an upcoming shoot.

The job is 3 days: 4/19, 4/20, and 4/22. The day rate is $250/12.

We are looking for strong set PAs who can drive a 15-passenger van or a cargo van, perform local equipment pickups and returns, help with loading gear into and out of locations, perform production runs like picking up lunch or other supplies, and help the set run smoothly by being proactive about basic things like water, trash, lending a hand, etc.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

We are shooting interviews for a true crime show at a hotel local to Dubuque.
The interview subject matter can be intense and sometimes difficult for the interviewees to talk about.

1. Pick-up DP at Motel 6 located at Boise Airport and transport to shoot location which is exactly 17 miles. (8am)

Jupiter Entertainment seeks an experienced PA as local as possible to Toledo, OH to join us on American Detective Monday 4/22 - Thursday 4/25.
