We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Sat 12/09/23 @ 10am

Event Hours: 4pm - 8pm

Estimated End: 11pm or as needed

Event Location: St. Petersburg, FL 33716

Event Activations / Games: Skating Rink, Giant Inflatables, Photo Booth | Interactive Entertainment Group

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

We need 1-2 Production Assistants for 1 day to catalogue and pack into boxes all gear and equipment at a production storage in Hackensack, NJ. The work be done inside and outside of the storage.

The working day is expected to be 6-8 hours. Candidates must have a basic knowledge of video production gear and editing equipment.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle a variety of production and event related tasks and adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic environment of a live event setting.

Responsibilities:
✦ Assist in the setup and breakdown of the event space, ensuring a smooth transition before and after the event.
✦ Provide support during the event, including aiding with the coordination of activities and managing logistics.
✦ Help with organizing and overseeing event materials and equipment.
✦ Perform a range of tasks to support the event coordinator and other team members, ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Requirements:
✦ Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
✦ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle the pressures of a fast-paced, live event environment.

You will be helping out one of producers to register possible contestants when checking in, so will need to be patient. Any prior customer service skills will be a plus.

May or may not have to do runs for food, coffee, etc. If you have a vehicle, insurance must be included.

Otherwise, super simple and easy job/day.
