Job DescriptionAsProduction Assistant, you will work closely with the TODAY editorial team and control room teams on the rundown of the broadcast.You will also serve as a resource for vacation and other PTO coverage for essential broadcast positions.
Responsibilities:- Create Show Rundown and other supporting paperwork
- Work directly with control room production team
- Working directly with producers on segments
- Gathering elements for segments
- Have strong editorial judgement
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of news production and/or administrative experience.
- Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Suite and social *** .
- Must have flexible schedule and be available on holidays and weekends when needed.
- Strong interest in news, entertainment, and current events.
