Looking for a skilled production assistant for a documentary interview shoot on Monday, April 12th in Durham, NC. Must have experience setting up stands and basic lights. Must be able to lift heavy gear. Must have an SUV with space to store gear (5-6 bags/cases), and a valid driver's license.

Duties:
-Meet crew at RDU airport on Monday morning. Load gear into your car.
-Drive gear to interview location in downtown Durham.
-Assist with basic gear setup / setting up stands and lights - Note: the setup will be done outside due to Covid precautions.
-The interview will be done indoors, but the PA should wait outside with any extra equipment/cases.
-Assist with breakdown.
-Drive gear back to airport after interview.

A mask will be required at all times.

Rate is $200/day. Day will be around 6 hours.

Responsibilities include unloading and loading, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving equipment and material up to 25 pounds.
Event staff need to constantly be on their feet requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.
Attire for this role includes a solid colored, unbranded, and appropriate top, long pants are preferred and closed-toed shoes are required. Steel-toed shoes are suggested but not required. Clothing should not be torn, have holes, or be transparent. Expect that your clothing will get dirty, muddy, and wet.
Bring your own work gloves, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection. We will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Bring your own snacks, energy drinks, lunch, and water. A 30-minute unpaid lunch will be provided.
