We are looking for a Production Assistant for a 2 day shoot. Job duties include:

-Go on runs as directed by the field manager
-Always get itemized receipts from any vendor and hold on to it until you can safely pass it off to the field manager
-Help set up tables, chairs, and tents as directed
-Keep set clean and tidy at all times
-Safely lift and carry heavy production supplies and equipment cases
-Communicate regularly with the field manager when on off site runs
-Sanitize and charge walkie batteries as directed
-Be responsible for all of your own supplies
-All other duties as assigned

This contract role is for a Local Production Assistant on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. For a feature film, The Local Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting with production and administrative tasks, liaising with vendors and personnel, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that productions run smoothly and efficiently.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the film or television industry
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and anticipate needs
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently, follow directions carefully, and adapt to changing situations
Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of the film or television industry

Looking for a PA to assist with general on set duties, help setup a few lights, crafty, etc. Will be working with one other PA.

You will stay in a hotel from Tuesday evening (7PM) to Thursday Morning (7AM) (12/5 - 12/6).
Your room will be next to the talent room.
You will help talent with anything they need during the evening/night. (i.e Food, snacks). Security will also be provided. You can sleep all night.

Assist Production Manager and Key Set PA with different duties.
Pick up Pre Ordered Crafty from a local store and deliver them to the Hotel.
Set up Hotel Conference room
Pick up Rental cars from the Airport.
Pick up crew from the Airport
Complete duties throughout the week.

Need a PA for a reality shoot in Torrington, WY. Usual PA tasks like driving one of the crew mini vans, fetching crafty and meals, helping to load gear in and out. 15th and 16th December, and 18th to the 22nd December.

-Will be helping the ops with anything needed
-Will pass out credentials
-Run any errands
-Must be 21+ in order to operate ESPN vehicle onsite
-Must have previous runner experience or PA experience

Pay rate is $15/10

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Setup Day and Staff Call-Time: Sun 12/03/23 (call time TBD)

Event Date and Hours: Mon 12/04/23 2pm - 6pm

Estimated End: 10pm or as needed

Event Location: Miami, FL

Event Activations / Games: Photo Booth | Interactive Entertainment Group

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

PA needed for an upcoming shoot in San Diego, CA. We will be filming MMA fighters training and fighting at an event.

Shoot is only one day on 12/15/23 but may require some prep days beforehand.

Main duties will be to assist the production and camera team during shooting. Must have a car for potential runs.

Rental car and hotel provided (if needed)

Non-profit PSA shoot. We're looking for an all-star PA to help a variety of departments from craft services to art or camera. A car for runs is a must.
