We are looking for a Los Angeles area based Production Assistant as we approach the start of production for a low-budget feature length drama with 11 shoot days. The position will involve on-set and off-set duties. The candidate must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with proper insurance, and be comfortable driving minivans and cargo vans, if required. Filming will start on or about June 8th, 2023.

This is an elite event during LA TECH WEEK — event staff are to use discretion, tact and delicacy when on premises with regard to guests of the event. Celebrities in attendance shall not be approached, conversed with, or bothered etc. no exceptions. Staff will wear all black, clean + professional production attire. Comfortable shoes. There is limited parking at event - staff encouraged to ride share. Staff will be provided meals. The event is June 9th and we will need event staff to work a full day. Rate is $200

Role Responsibilities:
Pre event setup
Receive deliveries and direct vendors and groups based on outline
Same day venue setup, load-in of materials and organize in proper locations
Prep and set important areas of the property (ie. signage, stanchions, decor, bar)
Guest Check-in and ensuring smooth operations at entry
Ensure dedicated areas remain to standard + clean at all times; includes removal of trash bags, tidying tables, removing cups or used plates, etc (camera ready)
Follow event scope at direction of Production Coordinators
Interact with and provide assistance to clients and related staff as needed
Hand out event favors, beverages as needed
Handle sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner

Looking for a PA who is deeply knowledgeable / knows the ins & outs of Formula 1 Racing. The role would be assisting producer on an upcoming F1 project - must have F1 and control room experience.

This listing is for a Production Assistant for the events dept. We are doing our final football event of the season in Huntington Beach. Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Mount Pleasant, SC.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.
