Filming Dates: August 27, 28 with a good possibility of adding August 29th

Looking for a couple PA's for a shoot at the SFMOMA on 8.17. We may need extra hands for a prep day on 8.16 and possibly for gear returns/airport runs on 8.18, so please include your availability for these days in your response. If you are only available on 8.17, please still apply as that day we will need more assistance.

Must be punctual, have valid a driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50lbs as you will be helping set up/tear down in several locations inside the museum.

Traveling from LA with a small crew on a show that's been around for a while, so we've got a great system in place and just need another couple team members to help us execute! The ideal candidate will be efficient, able to move fast when necessary, comfortable on walkie, great with attention to detail and walking through checklists, and have a good sense of humor.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. -Assisting Production/Field Crew on set.

-Loading in/out equipment and assisting with setups.
-Assist with collecting signed appearance releases and release photos.

Candidate requirements:
-On set PA experience, reality TV experience is preferred.
-Must be responsible for reconciling petty cash, keeping all receipts accounted for and organized.
-Must own a cell phone with a car charger. The phone should have GPS or if you own a separate GPS that would work as well.
