Mature, professional, friendly, and outgoing Production Assistants needed for a nonprofit corporate conference in downtown Phoenix. Must have customer service/client facing skills, skilled in PC or MAC, at least 21 years old or older and able to lift at least 30 lbs.
Someone with previous PA experience in events would be ideal. Black business casual attire is required

Duties may include supporting with general event load-in/out, helping attendees register or pick up their badges, running errands for production as needed and miscellaneous event tasks.
Personal transportation required (hotel parking reimbursed). Meals and snacks will be provided

• Must be meticulous with exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:
• Local hires (within 30 mile radius of listed location) preferred.
• Required to be on set location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving and parking a small van (up to fifteen passenger capacity).
• Competent in reading maps to prioritize daily travel routes.
• Practices good judgment and discretion.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced production environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Punctual with reliable transportation.

Physical Demands:

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Eagan, MN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Local PA needed in Rutland, VA. The Muse is looking for a PA to assist our Videographer during an onsite shoot on 5/15-5/16. The PA's main duties will be helping the videographer carry, load, set up and break down equipment. The PA is also responsible for ensuring the shoot stays on schedule, as well as managing potential noise interruptions during interviews.
