We are looking for a Production Assistant for a 2 day shoot. Job duties include:

-Go on runs as directed by the field manager
-Always get itemized receipts from any vendor and hold on to it until you can safely pass it off to the field manager
-Help set up tables, chairs, and tents as directed
-Keep set clean and tidy at all times
-Safely lift and carry heavy production supplies and equipment cases
-Communicate regularly with the field manager when on off site runs
-Sanitize and charge walkie batteries as directed
-Be responsible for all of your own supplies
-All other duties as assigned

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Searching for several Production Assistants to join our team for a documentary series filming in San Francisco. PAs should possess the capability to operate Mini and Cargo vans proficiently. We are seeking candidates who are exceptionally organized and capable of managing Crafty, Lunches, Releases, and individuals with a proactive attitude.

In search of an experienced Production Assistant local to Portland, OR for a Docu-Style Branded Content Shoot. Must be available for 10/5 and 10/6. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Duties will include set assistance, coordination of meals, errands, and transporting crew to b-roll locations.

Documentary Production is in need of an experienced, capable and strong production assistant to help them with a day of interviews. We need someone who is comfortable driving a minivan, load and unloading G&E rental gear, and has some experience setting up the basics of G&E and lights. We are an all hands on deck sort of crew where the DP and AC are setting up our lights on interview days, so an extra hand is appreciated.

Local PA needed in Peebles, OH. The Muse is looking for a PA to assist our Videographer during an onsite shoot on 10/23-10/24. The PA's main duties will be helping the videographer carry, load, set up and break down equipment. PA's are assigned to performing talent to execute any onsite needs of the talent they are assigned to, or their crew. They will work closely with the Production Coordinator on all things needed to execute a live event.

We will be shooting a reality presentation tape with multiple cast members. This is along the lines of Married to Medicine/Housewives. There will be two days of 2 camera coverage of scene work and one day of sit down interviews.

This is a very small production. We will have an EP who will act as second camera and a PA. The scene work will most likely not include more than 6 cast members at any one time.
It will be basic follow doc style, run and gun. We will set up scenes and produce them, but we will also be grabbing sound ups and OTFs as they come at us.

Pick up day will involve picking up client at airport, as well as running errands in the afternoon getting crafty and snack ready for crew for the next day.

Shoot days will involve helping crew carry minimal gear and getting lunch orders etc.

The shoot takes place at a convention center in vegas and involves following talent around for BTS social media.
