We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Houston Sept 29-October 1, 2023.

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the show floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

The Production Assistant (PA) assists the Lead Producer of the event with a variety of tasks.

Production Assistant (PA) responsibilities include:
With a professional attitude, handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to: lead producer requests, production set up and strike, running and taping cables, generalized computer work, and runs to assist the production.
Experience working live sports events, reality TV, or documentaries preferred
General knowledge of sports preferred
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record required

Seeking Production Assistant for local support in the Houston area. Camera experience and basic knowledge is a plus. Looking for an overnight PA Thursday PM into Friday AM. This person will help with wrap of a show, gear returns to FedEx late night/early AM, and then drive handoff once media management is finished.
