This listing is for a Production Assistant for the events dept. We are doing our final football event of the season in Huntington Beach. We will be unloading trucks, setting up production spaces, dozens of tents, athlete vip areas, hydration areas, trash sweeps etc. The days will be pretty physical outside in the sun all day. We will also assist the staging and production departments. I will not consider hiring anyone commuting from Los Angeles so please only apply if your in the Huntington Beach CA area. The rate is $250 for 10 hrs. Most likely a few of the days could go into overtime.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company. We will be setting up and operating an LED screening game.

UPDATED* Flat rate fee for the day: $325.00

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date: Sat 6.10.23

Event Staff Call-Time: 7am

Event Hours: 2pm - 6pm

Estimated End: 8:30pm.

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

Local PA/Grip for Medical Corporate shoot.
Must have experience with corporate clients, will be assisting DP with lights and stands.

Production Assistants needed for a 1-Day Shoot

This is a 2-5 day job position paid at an hourly rate of $18/hr.

Shift begins on Tuesday, Jun 13 at 9:00a and ends at 5:00p. You can optionally work the same hours Wednesday and Thursday. Friday there may be several hours of work, this depends. On Saturday, the shift is 5:30a - 6:30p. And Sunday, 9a-noon.

What's a day in the life like?
-Tue-Thu we setup the course, obstacles, and festival area.
-Oon Sat, you'll start the day off stationed at registration, parking, merchandise, or bag drop assisting with payments and checking people in. Then you'll be positioned on the course during the end of the 5k run to ensure everyone you come into contact with gets a smile!
-After the last wave of participants, you'll work with the team to consolidate equipment, organize inventory, and disassemble obstacles!

Attire: Basic solid colored clothing will work - nothing profane or vulgar. Work gloves are a must. Closed toe shoes a must! Keep an eye on the forecast, if it forecasts rain be prepared with a rain jacket! Please bring work gloves to protect your hands.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Mount Pleasant, SC.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.
