You will be expected to:
• Manage the We Call It experience on-site, ensuring the experience runs smoothly from conception to delivery
• Represent the brand through professional management of the event and communication with artists and clients.
• Coordinate the arrival and load-in of all production equipment, props, costumes, and materials to the venue.
• Coordinate a dry technical rehearsal with venue technician and a tech rehearsal and run with artists and technicians prior to the first performance.
• Manage and train ushers, security, and other relevant patron-facing personnel.
• Understand and coordinate the validation of tickets.
• Deal with any customer inquiries on-site.
• Coordinate the start of show between FOH, technicians, and artists.
• Manage the load out and storage of production equipment, props, costumes, and materials.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
• A background in project management/production management, organizational skills, and efficiency solutions.
• Experience in technical theatre.
• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• Familiarity to freelance work and flexible, part-time scheduling.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• The ability to problem-solve strategically and efficiently.
