Looking for a Production Assistant familiar and comfortable with the following:

-Driving Production Vehicles; Cargo, Minivan, SUV
-Lifting 50 lbs, being on your feet for multiple hours and working outside.

Typical responsibilities: Walkie Talkie management, releases, crafty, placing lunch orders etc. as well as just being an extra hand on location.

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record necessary.

Experience on run and gun docuseries style shoots is a plus!

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

*Setup Day* Call-Time: Fri 12/08/23 @ 9am

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Sat 12/09/23 + Sun 12/10/23 @ 9am

Event Hours: 10am - 6pm

Estimated End: 10pm or as needed

Event Location: Glendale, AZ 85305

Event Activations / Games: Bumper Cars, Giant Mechanical Unit | Interactive Entertainment Group

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

Looking for a couple production assistants for the dressing room team for a live event taking place December 10th in Mesa, AZ. 12 hour+ days, OT after 12.

Important details: This event takes place in a venue with a very large footprint -- a lot of walking will be involved! Discretion is paramount -- no social media posting from backstage, rehearsals, etcetera.

Dates:
Thursday, December 7th - Monday, December 11th.
** MUST be available all dates. **

Rate:
- Dressing Room Assistant - $250/12.
- Mileage reimbursed for runs related to show. Mileage not reimbursed for travel to and from site to begin/end your work day.

General duties:
- Shopping for dressing room riders, stocking dressing rooms, band & dancer rooms, etc.
- Setting up pipe & drape.
- Moving expendables to dressing rooms (mirrors, hair & make-up stations, steamers).
- Meal runs for rehearsal and show days.
- Various duties related to dressing rooms / rehearsals as needs arise.

Requirements:
- Have and be able to use a working vehicle for necessary runs related to event (no transportation of people).
- Able to lift 30+ pounds.
- Must be able to work as a local - travel/lodging will not be provided.
- Professional attire ("Business casual", all black on show days. Comfortable shoes. Please no rips, tears, crop tops, etc.)
- Able to communicate professionally and respectfully with various personalities. (You are not expected to "accept" any negative behavior from difficult personalities, but professionalism must be maintained and all conflicts should be directed to department head to handle).

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Austin, TX.
