Trademark Events is looking for local production assistants in the Washington DC area. We are producing a consumer conference from April 15-17, 2023 for a tech client. Trademark Event Productions, Inc. – is a full service event management and production company based in San Francisco and New York.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and achieving operational objectives while working closely with the Lead Producer or other Producers.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Registration staffing
Directionals
Activations support
Sponsor and exhibits support
Building (no prior experience needed)
Setting up and loading out office equipment at venue
Travel to and from home and venue

Trademark will host in person interviews on December 8th. Virtual interviews are an option but in person is preferred. If you can make it in person we would love to meet you.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Fri 12/08/23 @ 6am

Event Hours: 12:30pm - 3-30pm

Estimated End: 6pm or as needed

Event Location: Arlington, VA

Event Activations / Games: VR Games, Arcade Games, Photo Booth | Interactive Entertainment Group

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

TRAVEL TIPS: Please leave time for traffic.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

Production Assistant needed for a two day corporate shoot in Arlington, VA.

Production Company looking for Production Assistants in the area between 12/8 and 12/12

Must have reliable transportation.

Jupiter Entertainment is in need of an experienced Production Assistant as local as possible to Hammond, VA for one day in the range from 12/4 - 12/15 to scan/copy audio/visual Trial Exhibits from the Tangipahoa County Clerk of Court's office for the true crime series Fatal Attraction.

Gear will be provided. Technological skills are a must. True crime production experience is highly preferred but not required.

Looking for a PA to assist with general on set duties, help setup a few lights, crafty, etc. Will be working with one other PA.

You will stay in a hotel from Tuesday evening (7PM) to Thursday Morning (7AM) (12/5 - 12/6).
Your room will be next to the talent room.
You will help talent with anything they need during the evening/night. (i.e Food, snacks). Security will also be provided. You can sleep all night.

Assist Production Manager and Key Set PA with different duties.
Pick up Pre Ordered Crafty from a local store and deliver them to the Hotel.
Set up Hotel Conference room
Pick up Rental cars from the Airport.
Pick up crew from the Airport
Complete duties throughout the week.

Need a PA for a reality shoot in Torrington, WY. Usual PA tasks like driving one of the crew mini vans, fetching crafty and meals, helping to load gear in and out. 15th and 16th December, and 18th to the 22nd December.

-Will be helping the ops with anything needed
-Will pass out credentials
-Run any errands
-Must be 21+ in order to operate ESPN vehicle onsite
-Must have previous runner experience or PA experience

Pay rate is $15/10
