Searching for a Production Assistant local to the Bethlehem, PA area. You'll be assisting our small team as we produce our new series centered around Holiday festivities. PA will help crew wrangle gear, our producers get releases and help out with crew meal orders.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

The Production Assistant (PA) assists the Lead Producer of the event with a variety of tasks.

Production Assistant (PA) responsibilities include:
With a professional attitude, handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to: lead producer requests, production set up and strike, running and taping cables, generalized computer work, and runs to assist the production.
Experience working live sports events, reality TV, or documentaries preferred
General knowledge of sports preferred
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record required

Seeking local Production Assistant for a 2-camera interview shoot in Center Valley, PA area. Our PA is needed the day before and after for needed prep and wrap runs.
Candidates must have a clean driving record, active DL, a car, and a good attitude. Tech-savvy and AC experience a plus!

LOCATION DEPARTMENT PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS needed for a new HBO series based in the greater Philadelphia region. The job runs FEBRUARY 1 - AUGUST 15, 2024. Job description:
- Assisting set dressing department, grip and electric riggers in preparation of various sets on location
- Creating maps and signage to direct crewmembers to set and support spaces
- Setting up tables and chairs for catering areas and other support space
- Going on runs to retrieve supplies for various departments
- Working with Hair/Make-up and Costume department to set up stations for background actors' prep
- Liaising with multiple departments to coordinate access and arrival to various locations
- Standard work day is 12 hrs; start times may vary day to day
- Full Time availability from February through August 2024

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a car/van/small cube truck around the greater Philadelphia area
- Comfortable with daily physical labor (loading tables and chairs)
- A positive attitude and willingness to become an essential member of our team

Rate is commensurate with on set Production Assistant pay @ $210/day

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Fri 12/15/23 @ 3pm

Event Hours: 6pm - 11pm

Estimated End: 2am or as needed
