Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

Looking to hire multiple PA's for an upcoming Fox reality shoot in Austin from approximately 10/12 - 10/19.

Rate is $225 /12.

Requirements

The majority of the work will come in the form of production support on set but make sure to note if you're comfortable driving a box truck as we do need a couple of drivers.

Non-union Art Department supports larger scale production on reality project. We are looking for someone that is personable, patient, and prompt when responding to emails.
Reality / Renovation Experience Preferred.
Previous Art Department experience a massive plus.

Tentative start date is 9/16, and wrap date is 10/26 (6 weeks in length).

Some responsibilities include:
1. Assisting our Leadman and Art Coordinator with managing warehouse needs, including ingesting packages, inspecting and testing props, processing paperwork, and constructing furniture including tables and chairs.
2. Organizing and labeling items in our master spreadsheet as they are received, built, and tested.
3. Assisting carpenters with light construction tasks, including painting, staining wood, light constructing of set pieces.
4. Using packing supplies to carefully package props for transport.
5. Loading and unloading trucks.
6. Occasionally going on runs in production vehicles including box trucks, cargo vans, and minivans.
7. Cleaning up warehouse, recycling boxes, assisting with returns and other similar tasks.
8. Assisting Art Directors as needed.

Requirements:
- [ ] Must be local to Austin, TX and able transport themself to and from the warehouse.
- [ ] Must be willing to work six days - generally Sunday to Friday or Monday to Saturday.
- [ ] Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- [ ] Must have a computer / iPad for managing master shopping list.
- [ ] Must have some experience with power tools, including drills, saws and other similar tools.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Collierville, TN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.
