This is a part-time, temporary position on an as-needed basis.

About the opportunity:
The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Producer with a variety of pre-show and event activities including, but not limited to ordering live captioning, creating WebEx bridges and book codecs, encoding videos along with creating lower third graphics to load into the motion graphics system, floor directing and more!

Qualifications:
Floor direction experience.
Teleprompter operations experience is a plus.
Experience working as a Grip is a plus.
Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to an everchanging environment.

Education & certification requirements:
Associates or Technical Degree preferred; various forms of education and experience will be considered.

Pay Range: $37.50 - $43.75 per hour DOE

We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Atlanta June 16-18, 2023.

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the show floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors.

Sportera Events (MUDGIRL Run) is currently seeking some rad Event Production Crew to join us at the Pocono Raceway (NYC and Philly area)! This is a 1 or 2 day (but yearly repeating) position paid at an hourly rate of $18/hr and $25 for travel.

THIS shift begins on Sunday, Jun 4 at 6:30p and ends at 5:30p. $225 cash for the full shift. Sometimes we may continue to work until 7pm for additional pay.

There is another shift on Saturday, Jul 3, during the same hours. You can optionally work that too if you message us.

What's a day in the life like?
-You'll start the day off stationed at registration, parking, merchandise, or bag drop assisting with payments and checking people in. Then you'll be positioned on the course during the end of the 5k run to ensure everyone you come into contact with gets a smile!
-After the last wave of participants, you'll work with the team to consolidate equipment, organize inventory, and disassemble obstacles!

Attire: Basic solid colored clothing will work - nothing profane or vulgar. Closed toe shoes a must! Keep an eye on the forecast, if it forecasts rain be prepared with a rain jacket! Bring work gloves to protect your hands.

This listing is for a Production Assistant for the events dept. We are doing our final football event of the season in Huntington Beach. We will be unloading trucks, setting up production spaces, dozens of tents, athlete vip areas, hydration areas, trash sweeps etc. The days will be pretty physical outside in the sun all day. We will also assist the staging and production departments. I will not consider hiring anyone commuting from Los Angeles so please only apply if your in the Huntington Beach CA area. The rate is $250 for 10 hrs. Most likely a few of the days could go into overtime.

Overtime Sports will be filming an OTE basketball player while he visits his hometown of Columbia, SC. Duties include but are not limited to: ensuring that appearance releases are signed and kept track of during the shoot, assisting producer as needed, making runs.

$210 for 10 hours, overtime for every hour worked over 10 hours

Looking for a local PA in the Los Angeles area from 6/4 to 6/6, for some sit-down, one-on-one interviews + some b-roll shooting for a documentary feature. Duties include but not limited to: ordering crew lunch (crew size of 6, plus interviewee potentially) and picking it up, handling releases, helping interviewee at location (getting them water/snacks as needed), helping crew load/set-up gear.

Rate is $200/10

I am looking to hire a Production Assistant that is experienced, takes initiative when it comes to working on set, and brings a fun and lively presence to our small crew!

Tasks would include the following: Picking up online orders, placing lunch orders, making runs for lunch and production supplies, doing returns, Fedex shipments, and help our crew with any other needs they might have!

Mileage is covered from Call location to Warp location (not portal to portal).

Tentative work dates are June 10th - June 15th.
Our crew is traveling between two locations: Oklahoma City Area (10 -11, 13-15) and Tulsa Area (12). If you are only able to work in one of the locations, that is a-ok!
