Production Assistant Job Tasks:
• Loading and unloading 18-26 ft. production trucks
• Heavy lifting, setting-up/tearing-down equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, pop-up tents, cables, store and errand runs, pick-up coffee and crafty).

Steamer/Setup Crew - October 9 / 9 am-6 pm
Dresser/Showroom Assistant - October 10 -13 / 9 am-6 pm
Breakdown - October 12 & 13 / Tentative 2 pm-6 pm

Setup Crew Responsibilities:
Taking dresses out of boxes and hanging them up
Steaming dresses
Organizing showroom

Showroom Assistant Responsibilities:
Zip or lace up models into garments
Hang dresses backup in order on racks
Keep showroom organized

Breakdown Responsibilities:
Put dresses into garment bags
Clean up showroom
Move racks
Pack boxes

Note: Travel is not covered by the agency.

We are looking for a Production Assistant for a 2 day shoot. Job duties include:

-Go on runs as directed by the field manager
-Always get itemized receipts from any vendor and hold on to it until you can safely pass it off to the field manager
-Help set up tables, chairs, and tents as directed
-Keep set clean and tidy at all times
-Safely lift and carry heavy production supplies and equipment cases
-Communicate regularly with the field manager when on off site runs
-Sanitize and charge walkie batteries as directed
-Be responsible for all of your own supplies
-All other duties as assigned

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Seeking Production Assistant who has experience with sourcing items for departments such as Art, Props, Set Dec and Costumes; and the normal office type things like expenses and small runs.
 
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in working with some or all of the departments listed above.

Days will be around 8 hours with some going closer to 10, depending on shoot schedules.

Please note this video is for a financial firm and this is a very corporate environment. Professionalism is super important as this is not a normal Production environment.
