• Could potentially be assisting with airport runs in a pass van.

REQUIRED
o Must have access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license/car insurance/good driving record
o Be comfortable with driving a cargo van or passenger van should the need arise
o Pass a drivers background check
o Able to multitask
o Have the ability to flexible and adaptive with random tasks
o Responsible with using the PM’s company card and tracking/saving receipts

• A great bonus but not necessary
o Knowledge of the Chicago area
o Previous production experience in a live environment

Looking for reliable production assistants who have experience taking timecoded story notes for reality television. You will be taking general story notes of what takes place throughout the day, consolidating those notes and reporting back to the lead Story Producer.

Must be easy going, detail oriented and have experience tracking story lines for reality television.

We're looking for a couple of good vibes, team players to join our production operation for a 4-day shoot in the Ozarks.

You would be assisting in meal pickups, helping load in/out, transporting crew in our production vehicles and other general PA duties.

You would be working the PM Shift.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift/push 50 - 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event, and act as an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date & Staff Call-Time: Tues 9/10/24 @ 8am

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Collierville, TN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

We are looking for someone to help out on set for September 13 and 14th, in Nashville, TN and Lexington, TN respectively. Local PA needed in Phoenix, AZ. The Muse is looking for a PA to assist our Videographer during an onsite shoot on 10/15.
