Major Network Reality Series looking for a few day players to help us out at our open casting call in NYC! Looking for upbeat and friendly casting assistants to hand out wristbands, answer applicant questions and help us manage the day.

We are in search of a Production Assistant to help with event coverage on June 1, 2024 in the Morningside Heights neighborhood in Manhattan.

This PA will assist the DP and Producer in capturing the event. Additionally, the PA may also be needed to help capture interviews. This PA should be reliable and professional. Experience and comfort with equipment are a plus.

WebsEdge is a knowledge driven-media company delivering daily news-style shows on site and some of the biggest scientific conferences globally. We'll be on site in NYC at the Javits Convention Center filming a series on Psychiatry on 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 May.

We're looking for a production assistant to work closely with our small location production team to help set up TV screens on stands (please be prepared to lift up large TVs) as well as lighting and backdrops for our studio space, oversee on site delivery to local hotels and convention center TV screens, and generally support the team throughout the day.

Hours would typically be from 8am-1pm in the morning, then 4pm to 8pm in the evening - with the exception of the first and last days which would be around 10am-2pm only.

Production assistant works closely with the lead producer of the event, bringing a professional attitude to a variety of production-related tasks including but not limited to assisting with set-up and wrap, running and taping cables, general computer work, and going on runs. Experience in live events/reality TV/documentary preferred. General knowledge of sports and production also preferred. Must be able to help with lifting and carrying heavy gear. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

Looking for a Production Assistant for a one day shoot in NYC on Sunday 5/5/2024. The day will consist of approximately 5-10 sit down interviews and portrait photography of the interviewees in one location.

The PA will help with load in/load out, set up wireless monitors, build backdrops for interviews, help keep a clean set, and execute any production runs.

7:00am arrival to 4:15 wrap.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

* Driving the Production Vehicles with Crew and Gear
* Picking up craft service and crew meals.
* Assist the camera team with B-Roll locations & Shoots 
* Assist the Producers with obtaining releases and scanning archival material as needed
* Ok with long drives to location and runs.

* 1+ years of entertainment experience required
* Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours

Needs to have a car for runs and be able to work as a local. Travel and accommodations will not be provided. Experience or interest in working on esports shows is a plus.

We are shooting a proof of concept for a docuseries about some racers at the Laguna Seca racetrack 5/9 - 5/12. We will be shooting interviews and at the track. General PA duties - helping load/unload gear, getting lunch, dealing with crafty, driving golf carts, getting releases, driving minivans, dealing with clients.

Shooting will most likely be 4 days Thursday - Sunday.

Production Assistants needed for day & night shifts in the Cape Cod, MA area.
