Searching for a Production Assistant local to the Frisco, TX area. You'll be assisting our small team as we produce our new series centered around Holiday festivities. PA will help crew wrangle gear, our producers get releases and help out with crew meal orders.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, passionate and creative Production Assistant for the Portia Show.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides overall general assistance to the Executive Producer, staff, and crew.
• Responsible for various daily office activities (i.e., schedules meetings, shipping, copies, orders office supplies, greet and escort guests while in the facility, responding to emails)
•Other duties as assigned


Requirements
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Attention to detail

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant to support our team for an upcoming event on December 9th, 2023. As the Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to event production.

Some Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment and materials.

We are looking to hire an experienced set production assistant who can jump on board for an upcoming video shoot of a responsible gambling PSA at a corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Must work as a local to Las Vegas, NV and have a reliable vehicle. Mileage will be covered for local errands and/or shopping.

This projects shoots on December 16th with a load-in day on December 15th.

1 Shoot day + 2 Prep days + 1 Wrap day.
The rate that we are working with for this role is $250/12hrs.
