Reality Competition Show seeking Production Assistants who are eager to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment. In addition to general industry PA duties (ie. trash sweeps, runs, etc.), please be time and schedule oriented, have great customer service, and be comfortable wrangling talent.

RATE: Please note the hourly rate for this position is $16.04/hr. This rate is subject to change pending any minimum wage increases implemented by the state of California.

NOTE: We anticipate that you will work between 8 and 10 hours a day, but there is no guarantee. Overtime is paid in accordance with the law (e.g. at 1.5x per hour if you work more than 8 hours and less than 12 in a day). This is an hourly position and both dates and schedules are subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Receiving/ Launching talent to and from set
- Logging/ Tracking times for all scheduled obligations
- Making/ Answering phone calls
- Making/ Answering emails
- General cleaning/ maintenance duties
- Maintaining a clean and stocked office environment
- Keeping constant communication with cast and crew (ie: walkies, Google Hangouts, texts, etc.)
- Driving cast and crew in production minivan

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant should meet the following job requirements for consideration.

1. Be local to Los Angeles, CA.
2. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You will be required to submit a background check.
3. Be comfortable driving cast and crew in a production Mini Van.
4. Must understand and have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Hangouts, etc.)
5. Must have a working cell phone, personal laptop, and reliable transportation.

We are looking for a Los Angeles area based Production Assistant as we approach the start of production for a low-budget feature length drama with 11 shoot days. The position will involve on-set and off-set duties. The candidate must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with proper insurance, and be comfortable driving minivans and cargo vans, if required. Filming will start on or about June 8th, 2023.

This is an elite event during LA TECH WEEK — event staff are to use discretion, tact and delicacy when on premises with regard to guests of the event. Celebrities in attendance shall not be approached, conversed with, or bothered etc. no exceptions. Staff will wear all black, clean + professional production attire. Comfortable shoes. Looking for a PA who is deeply knowledgeable / knows the ins & outs of Formula 1 Racing. The role would be assisting producer on an upcoming F1 project - must have F1 and control room experience.

This listing is for a Production Assistant for the events dept. We are doing our final football event of the season in Huntington Beach. We will be unloading trucks, setting up production spaces, dozens of tents, athlete vip areas, hydration areas, trash sweeps etc. The days will be pretty physical outside in the sun all day. We will also assist the staging and production departments. I will not consider hiring anyone commuting from Los Angeles so please only apply if your in the Huntington Beach CA area. The rate is $250 for 10 hrs. Most likely a few of the days could go into overtime.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Olathe, KS.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay.

Sportera Events (MUDGIRL Run) is currently seeking some rad Event Production Crew to join us at the Pocono Raceway (NYC and Philly area)! This is a 1 or 2 day (but yearly repeating) position paid at an hourly rate of $18/hr and $25 for travel.

THIS shift begins on Sunday, Jun 4 at 6:30p and ends at 5:30p. $225 cash for the full shift. Sometimes we may continue to work until 7pm for additional pay.

There is another shift on Saturday, Jul 3, during the same hours. You can optionally work that too if you message us.

What's a day in the life like?
-You'll start the day off stationed at registration, parking, merchandise, or bag drop assisting with payments and checking people in. Then you'll be positioned on the course during the end of the 5k run to ensure everyone you come into contact with gets a smile!
-After the last wave of participants, you'll work with the team to consolidate equipment, organize inventory, and disassemble obstacles!

Attire: Basic solid colored clothing will work - nothing profane or vulgar. Closed toe shoes a must! Keep an eye on the forecast, if it forecasts rain be prepared with a rain jacket! Bring work gloves to protect your hands.

We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Atlanta June 16-18, 2023.

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the show floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors.
