Trademark Events is looking for local production assistants in the Washington DC area. We are producing a consumer conference from April 15-17, 2023 for a tech client. Trademark Event Productions, Inc. – is a full service event management and production company based in San Francisco and New York.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and achieving operational objectives while working closely with the Lead Producer or other Producers.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will vary but may include:
Registration staffing
Directionals
Activations support
Sponsor and exhibits support
Building (no prior experience needed)
Setting up and loading out office equipment at venue
Travel to and from home and venue

Trademark will host in person interviews on December 8th. Virtual interviews are an option but in person is preferred. If you can make it in person we would love to meet you.

We are looking for PA's to help with an event in Washington DC. Standard Day rate. Dates would be Monday 11/27 to Friday 12/1. You must have a car, please do not apply if you do not have a car.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black dress pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Event Date and Staff Call-Time: Sun 12/03/23 @ 11am

Event Hours: 5pm - 8pm

Estimated End: 11pm or as needed

Event Activations / Games: Giant Inflatable | Interactive Entertainment Group

REQUIREMENTS: No visible tattoos, piercings, etc... This is a corporate event -- please be prompt or your pay will be docked. Uniform is all black -- black dress pants, button up shirt, dress shoes and socks and belt.

MUST HAVE CAR / Reliable Transportation. Event staff is responsible for transportation and parking to / from the event.

COMPENSATION: No additional reimbursements or expenses to be paid unless otherwise explicitly approved by your site lead. Parking and meals will be your responsibility, but there will be breaks during shifts.

Looking for a PA to assist with a shoot in Washington DC. We'll be filming a story on a local business there, and you'll be needed to help with:

Unloading and Load gear from crew mini van
Getting people at our location to sign image releases if they appear on camera
Helping to pick up the lunch order, and make sure all food and utensils are in the bags.
Any miscellaneous runs during the day.
All runs will be done in your personal car. We will cover mileage.


Rate is $225/12hr day + any mileage you incur during runs, or between locations. Mileage is $.655cents/mile. Paychecks come from our payroll company Entertainment Partners. We cannot invoice for labor.

We're looking for a couple of PAs for a 1-day shoot in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities may include helping art dept, camera, craft services, ordering lunch, etc.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Tip of the Spear Media is looking for two production assistants who can assist us on December 2 in the Huntsville area. We would like to get someone who lives nearby such as in the Houston area or closer.

We will need for you to assist us wherever you may be needed. This job is ideal for someone who is not afraid to jump in without being asked to. Do not be afraid to ask where you can help out!

We will be filming early this day outside with the elements so please take that into consideration when applying.

Looking for a couple production assistants for the dressing room team for a live event taking place December 10th in Mesa, AZ. 12 hour+ days, OT after 12.

Important details: This event takes place in a venue with a very large footprint -- a lot of walking will be involved! Discretion is paramount -- no social media posting from backstage, rehearsals, etcetera.

Dates:
Thursday, December 7th - Monday, December 11th.
** MUST be available all dates. **

Rate:
- Dressing Room Assistant - $250/12.
- Mileage reimbursed for runs related to show. Mileage not reimbursed for travel to and from site to begin/end your work day.

General duties:
- Shopping for dressing room riders, stocking dressing rooms, band & dancer rooms, etc.
- Setting up pipe & drape.
- Moving expendables to dressing rooms (mirrors, hair & make-up stations, steamers).
- Meal runs for rehearsal and show days.
- Various duties related to dressing rooms / rehearsals as needs arise.

Requirements:
- Have and be able to use a working vehicle for necessary runs related to event (no transportation of people).
- Able to lift 30+ pounds.
- Must be able to work as a local - travel/lodging will not be provided.
- Professional attire ("Business casual", all black on show days. Comfortable shoes. Please no rips, tears, crop tops, etc.)
- Able to communicate professionally and respectfully with various personalities. (You are not expected to "accept" any negative behavior from difficult personalities, but professionalism must be maintained and all conflicts should be directed to department head to handle).

Seeking local Production Assistant for a 2 camera interview shoot with verite, in Mobile, AL.

Candidates must have a clean driving record, active DL, a car, and a good attitude. Tech-savvy and AC experience a plus!
