Responsibilities: - Helps to create production schedules, call sheets and communicates this information to the necessary parties.
- Works with various departments to order equipment, various supplies, arrange meals, arrange travel for corporate executives and talent as needed.
- Responsible for timecard review for staff, studio crew and freelancer crew members.
- Assist with satellite interviews.
- Help to update the vacation calendar.
- Track video and photo assets.
Job Requirements:
- Must be an excellent communicator and effectively maintain and facilitate communication *** ween everyone on the production team.
- Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a deadline-oriented fast-paced team.
- Experience with live television a plus.
- Previous television experience on a talk show a plus.
- Two years on a broadcast television a plus.
Work Environment: Office

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%

Compensation range: $21.64 to $26.45
