National Black Accountants Conference (NABA) is doing an annual conference in Miami, Fl. this summer. We have been tasked with filming the event for marketing purposes. A crew of 10-12 will work to produce various deliverables to be played during the event and post-event.

We need someone to help manage logistics and facilitate a seamless workflow work between the Event Producer, Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will be tasked with creating and managing production workflow documents (templates) like production schedules, Post-production schedules, Daily briefs for crew, call sheets etc. You will also work with producer to book executive talent for zoom and on-site Testimonial interviews.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)

The Production Coordinator creates production information books that contain all relevant operations information including truck, crew and production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information. Confirm appropriate resources and equipment are available for each show.
Check in with production teams at assigned remote sporting events and acts as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote game sites.
Serves as on-site operations contact for live sporting event productions when needed.
Assists with equipment organization.
Assists with load-in and strike days at the beginning and end of each team season, as well as special event broadcasts.
