Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Works with content leaders to plan, request and allocate resources, schedule personnel and/or facilities, review time entry and expenses, track paid time off, etc.
Analyzes content scenarios and creates plans to support initiatives while adhering to resource and financial limits and departmental processes and protocols.
Maintains extensive knowledge of the business processes, workforce guidelines and resource planning required across assigned content areas.
Fully understands policies and processes that guide work (Ex. T&E policy, workforce classifications, time entry). Educates, trains, and advises others on policies and processes and promotes adherence. Participates in developing and modifying policy and process.
Partners with and functions as a liaison for various departments (Ex. Production, Operations, HR, Legal, outside entities, etc.) Attends meetings with stakeholders; represents a neutral party in discussions.
Participates in developing, implementing, and enhancing technology tools and workflow processes.
Provides training to team members, new hires, client groups and other personnel as needed.
Ensures that appropriate timelines are met for all projects and tasks.
Deals with time-sensitive and confidential materials and decisions (Ex. budgets, fees, performance).
Daily tasks can include:
- Participate in sourcing, hiring, managing, scheduling and/or providing feedback on various roles.
- Request and/or draft short-form contracts/hiring requisitions for various roles and/or vendors.
- Enter, track, and manage information in system of record.
- Train and guide others in the process of engaging workers and vendors.
- Create, organize, and distribute various data and reports.
During Production peak times, remains accessible and may be required to work non-traditional days/hours.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of business, personnel, production, or operations experience.
Strong organizational skills (Ex. budgeting time, prioritizing workload, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks).
Effective communication skills (Ex. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to manage high-volume email, phone traffic, and in-person interactions).
Demonstrated ability to react quickly and positively to a wide variety of sensitive production and personnel situations that arise and are subject to continual change.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and perform independently with some guidance from management and senior teammates (Ex. suggest ideas and solutions to problems that arise, ability to recognize when an issue is present and provide rectifying solutions).
Experience in various aspects of resource management and business operations (Ex. processing contracts/invoices, creating/maintaining/distributing information, resource scheduling/staffing).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs & platforms (Ex. Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Smartsheet or similar programs, Zoom.
Conversational Spanish language skills.

The Role

Reporting to the AV Production Manager in LATAM, you will join a team of Producers, Editors, and Motion Graphic Artists that manage the AV finishing and localization for *** Marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating AV production, supporting scale, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners dedicated to creative, *** , regional marketing across both Global and Regional teams. The role will be based out of Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities include:

Design and advise on efficient production timelines for AV Finishing and localization efforts, considering campaign needs, size, and complexity to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
Lead and coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the delivery of key assets and adapting as necessary to meet the success criteria of assigned campaigns.
Support the onboarding of AV Production teams to internal tools and workflows, implementing and monitoring technical standards and maintaining creative integrity on project deliverables according to *** creative guidelines.
Collaborate with localization teams on new language initiatives, including the production of backfill assets and implementation of new workflows.
Provide hands-on production support to AV Producers during the peak moments of larger marketing campaigns.
Support creative testing, planning, and fulfillment initiatives as they relate to the AV Production team.
Contribute to the development of operational tools through partnerships with our Marketing Infrastructure and MarTech Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of AV Servicing in an entertainment studio, post-production house or creative agency
Knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process of AV Material
Fluent in AV types and formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking
Knowledge of localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content marketing and/or PR materials.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop
Strong technical mind and background
Extraordinarily organized with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - as a global team member, strong communication, and vision are a prerequisite for success.
Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker. English fluency is required while fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
