Coordinator Position
Seeking a Production Coordinator for an Unscripted TV series. The ideal candidate has a minimum 1-2 years experience as PC but open to all applications.
Some responsibilities but not limited to:
- Coordinating travel for crew sized 40+.
- On-set production coordination and logistics.
- Facilitate travel moves.
- Tracking travel on grids in google drive
- Researching and permitting locations
- Sending travel memos to crew/talent
- Petty cash and credit card expense reporting.
- Coordinating locations, equipment, rentals, and other resources locally and on the road.
- Ensuring releases are obtained, organized, and delivered to post.
- Manage production assistants.
- PRs
