Ellen Digital Ventures is seeking a qualified Production Coordinator. This person will assist Executives, Finance, Field Producers and Production Managers with all elements of production and production finance.

Job duties involve:
• Assist Field Producers with all elements of a project from prep to completion.
• Work with Field Producers and Production Managers to create project timelines, schedules and project plans.
• Work on set during shoots to execute all production needs and tasks.
• Attend all meetings for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Covid Compliance team, aiding to ensure that all rules are followed. Help to provide any and all PPE gear required.
• Work closely with executives and finance department to help draft, track, and update project expenses and budget trackers.
• Assist in maintaining and distributing the production calendars.
• Work with production department to create PO’s and P-Card receipts; submitting all paperwork for purchases made by the department.
• Coordinate all production office and admin needs; staff onboarding, office supplies, conference rooms.
• Assist staff with any technical needs; computer and printer setups, trouble shooting and online accounts.
• Work with Production PA’s in executing daily runs and production tasks.
• Coordinate staff events, meetings, gifts.
• Manage the filing and organization of production documents.

What is required for the position:
• General knowledge of production and production finance.
• Prior experience in similar tasks and responsibilities.
• Must have the ability to organize, multi-task and schedule work effectively.
• Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)

Job Description

As part of the *** U Cable Creative Marketing Department, the production coordinator will be responsible for operational and project management duties involved with show marketing campaigns across BRAVO, E!, OXYGEN, SYFY, USA NET****, and UNIVERSAL ****.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production, approvals, and delivery process for a high volume of show marketing deliverables including On Air, Social, Digital, Paid *** , & Design
Track incoming creative briefs, manage assets and folder organization for new projects, and update status documents and tracking platforms accordingly
Act as a liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Programming/Development, Multiplatform, Social, Publicity, *** , Legal, Ad Sales, etc.
Effectively communicate project details such as deadlines, changes in schedule, and legal feedback to internal teams
Facilitate onboarding of new vendors and act as key communicator with vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
Book VO Artists and VO auditions. Manage VO contracts, scheduling, and invoicing
Maintain all marketing music cues and reports
Code, process and track all production team invoices. Partner with VP Production and the finance team on coding, accruals, pacing, financial quarter close, and new vendor setups.
Help maintain campaign production budgets in airtable. Work with project managers to keep all estimates and billing up to date.
Schedule meetings and maintain the calendar for the SVP of Creative.
Assist SVP of Creative with travel coordination and expenses.
Partner with SVP to assist with other creative projects as needed.
Actively participate in department and team brainstorms.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the entertainment industry and/or post production
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV & Film or Advertising/Marketing preferred
Must be willing to occasional longer hours on weeknights and some weekends
Knowledge of tools: Slack, Airtable, Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
