The Production Coordinator (or Field Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event.

They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicated well with supervisors and crew both in person and remotely.

When: June 10-11, 2023
Where: Charlotte, NC
Why: $300 per 10 hours (+$30/hour for site prep and strike outside the 10 hour day)

Responsibilities:
- Pick up rental truck or van.
- Load gear into rental truck or van.
- Transport gear to and from venue.
- Prep the event site by staging or setting up elevated filming equipment (scaffolding, ladders, camera towers), canopies, banners, etc.
- Assist in coordinating the crew's arrival at venue.
- Set up filming and streaming equipment.
- Meet with crew to discuss responsibilities and schedule.
- Monitor and maintain power on all gear throughout filming.
- Manage crew schedule by rotating camera ops periodically.
- Relay feedback on camera work from video controller to camera operators.
- Break down equipment at the end of the day.
- Back up all recorded files on external hard drive. Must provide your own laptop or desktop to copy files from SD card to hard drive.
- Charge power supplies to continue shooting the following day.

Qualifications:
- Capable of all day, outdoor activity. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods including walking long distances.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladder or scaffold.
- In the event a box truck or pick up truck rental is not required, must have your own reliable transportation to athletic facility.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be eligible to work in US.
- Experience with sports videography.
- Experience with live events.
- Must feel comfortable giving direction to crew.
