Looking to hire someone to join our small true crime recreation team!

We shoot our recreations in house with very limited cast and crew. We have COVID-19 best practices centered around social distancing and disinfection.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate art department, wardrobe, etc. (during pre production and shoot days)
-Coordinate casting (post listings, check cast availability, create casting docs for review, book)
-Crew/Cast Hires+Paperwork
-Set up/break down crafty and holding areas on shoot days
-Coordinate prop/gear pickups as needed
-light accounting work (PO's,timecards, etc.)
-Production lead on shoot days (ensure shoot days run smoothly, help problem solve, coordinate meals, etc.)
-Lead on scheduling production, crew and executive pre production meetings
-Go to contact for cast or crew questions
-Ensure COVID-19 policies are followed during pre production and shoot days.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)

DUTIES:

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

Administer production staff scheduling on Special Event productions including Rose Parade, Oscars, Emmys, CCA, LA Marathon, WeHo Pride Parade, Telethons and more.
Organize and update Production Dept. financial retention files including all vendor invoices and P-Card transactions.

Process COI and Insurance Endorsement requests from Production Dept. vendors and business partners.

Onboard new hires. Provide instruction on Workday and Microsoft Teams, assist with Human Resources paperwork, coordinate Employee ID, Microsoft login, Security badge, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in film, television, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Must have experience in live television, scheduling, production, or related field, preferably Production Coordinator experience.
Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with all aspects of studio and remote production operations, and effective and concise communication.
Superb organizational and time management skills.

About Your Contributions:

Work with the Creative Services Director and key partners to support the production of all packaging/PDP photography across all product categories, from pre-production through to final deliverables
Manage the estimating and billing process for all vendor photography
