Accounts / Production Coordinator
We need an industrious individual who is hungry to work in a fast-paced team focused environment. Organization and an extreme attention to detail are incredibly important. You need to be efficient and self-managing when required and needed, but also work under clear direction.
Will start with initial 3 week booking with the potential for extension.
The job’s primary duties will involve:
• Assist with administrative aspects of client projects such as:
o Business correspondence, agendas, proposals, meeting notes, project filing, new project setup.
o Calendar maintenance, meeting/event coordination
o Support Account Management team members.
• Attend client meetings representing the company and record notes and critical project information.
• Support day-to-day accounts and production needs of projects:
• Provide office services as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills (absolute requirement)
• Must be well-organized and handle multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of asset and video productions systems a plus
• Experience working in Advertising or in-house creative departments a plus
• Team goal focused wn the desire and ability to problem-solve, both individually and as part of a project team
• Be self-motivated and accountable for completing tasks comprehensively
• Ask questions and speak up if you need further clarification
• Significant experience working with MS Office – Must have excellent proficiency with Excel
• Basic experience with Adobe Products
