Detail-oriented Production Coordinator needed to assist in the pre production, production and post production of a TV series. Position will ensure that the series runs smoothly and efficiently and will communicate with the production team and manage travel and shooting logistics.

This position is based in Greenwood Village, CO and the rate is $1,300.00 per week.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Coordinate Pre-production and production of television shoots
-Work with Producer and host for shoot logistics
-Complete production paperwork including work agreements, permits, releases, carnet, visas, et al
-Communicate with location contacts on travel and lodging
-Book travel and lodging for production plus additional logistics as needed (car services, catering, etc)
-Communicate logistics with host, videographers and any guests
-Create Production Books with details of shoot logistics
-Schedule and host conference call in advance of shoot, discuss logistics with team
-Track Production Expenses
-Work with Producer on other projects as needed
-Manage shipment of gear and any thing else
-Post articles to Forbes website including photos
-Production work for non series projects such as books, DVDs, and client shoots

Production Coordinator for Comedy Special taping in Denver on October 11th. Need to have a strong team of Production Assistants, oversee local runs/purchases, distro call sheet and schedule, help source local crew and gear

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team for an unscripted docu-follow series. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires a proactive, self -motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Travel Coordination: Collaborate with the Production Manager to coordinate travel arrangements for the crew, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Track all travel details in Google Drive grids.

Location Research & Permitting: Research potential filming locations and obtain necessary permits for shoots.
Travel Memos: Prepare and send detailed travel memos to crew members, ensuring they have all necessary information for their trips.

Expense Reporting: Manage invoices and credit card expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

On-Set Coordination: Assist the Production Manager with the logistics and details for the different shoots .Oversee the production and logistics from the office to ensure smooth operations. Some travel may be required but not an integral part of the job.

Releases Management: Ensure all necessary releases are obtained, organized, and delivered to the post-production team.

Production Assistants: Supervise and manage production assistants, delegating tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Production Coordinator or in a related role.

Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs.

Strong organizational skills with a great eye for detail. Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership over tasks.

Looking for an experienced Production Coordinator that is LOCAL to Detroit. Coordinators must be extremely organized, have good work ethic and a team player. Must be proficient in petty cash reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, organization of releases and able to work with a camera team. Must have experience on reality docu-series.

Looking for energetic, hard working team members to help out with a very small crew, indie budget music video shoot. NONUNION - Reality TV show seeking reliable PA to join us for a one week shoot in Williamsburg, NY. We will be traveling our creative and production team in to work with locals for two 4 day shoots. Leading up to the shoot will involve gear and airport pickups and assisting the team with runs. While filming, our locations will average 1-3/day, and PA's main responsibilities will include assisting camera & production, transporting talent or crew, and releasing crowds. Content wise - this is a reality dating doc series, our team hustles but has excellent morale and we are seeking PAs who can match that positive energy.

Looking for a Production Assistant to help with the filming of a Live Event. Looking for someone who is comfortable helping move large equipment cases, going on runs, and assisting production where necessary on-site. This will include 1-2 days of on-site prep and 1 event day, along with possibly a wrap day as well. The event is late in the evening, so being able to work until at least midnight is essential.
