We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Coordinator will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all necessary resources are available and that communication between departments is smooth and efficient.

**Responsibilities Include**
Manage the production schedule/Call Sheet
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary resources are available
Communicate regularly with the production team to ensure that everyone is on track and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
Track project budgets and expenses daily
Monitor production progress and provide regular reports to management
Track project budget and daily expenses
Coordinate meals and crafty for the production crew
Track crew hours for the track team and report to management
Manage Production Assistant runs and responsibilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that all production paperwork is complete and accurate
Help to maintain a safe and clean production environment

Fifth season reality show seeking driven, self motivated Production Coordinators in Atlanta to travel to Evansville, IN and film in the surrounding areas. An unforeseen event forced our current PC to have to step down last minute, so we are trying to fill this position ASAP.

Start date is tomorrow for handoff at the office in ATL and will travel with crew and production vehicles to the crew hotel in Evansville Indiana before starting filming the next day, 9/30/23. This job is for a trial first block to see if it is a good fit (tentatively 9/28-10/17). If all works out, the show will run through to on or about first week of June 2024, with cycles of 3-5 weeks in the field, 1-2 weeks in ATL.

Your job will mainly consist of (but not be limited to) getting crews out in the AM, managing crew meals/crafty, Completing daily PR's, getting releases on location, logging daily per diem, tracking and turning in receipts on Cashet (Pcard), organize your field kits / vehicles and keep them clean / fueled, helping handling any permits / scouts that our crew requires and any associated prep during normal filming. This is an all hands smaller footprint production and everyone is expected to pitch in to make the day go more smoothly. There will be some interstate travel and an international trip in '24. Please have a valid passport that is good for at least a year.

***. We do not have any COVID protocol or restrictions/requirements in place. It is up to our crew to monitor their own health in the field. Wanted to be clear, in case that is an issue.

This is a 6day/week position.

To be considered....
MUST be ready to start Thursday, 9/28, and Travel the field Friday 9/29!
You MUST be LOCAL to ATLANTA (or the immediate surrounding area, as you will be leaving from there with gear, vehicles and crew).
Have FULL availability for the above dates
Be comfortable taking a crew into the field on your own.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Have a valid Passport that will not expire for 1 year.
Be comfortable driving Mini-vans, Cargo vans.
Have excellent money handling skills
Be prepared to get into the permitting/location procurement process.
Possess good release/set etiquette.
Be able to manage and organize important documents (releases, location agreements, check requests, PR's etc)

We do not cover mileage to or from set when you are reporting to work.

Job Description

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of projects for IT. The Project Manager will work closely with the operations, solutions delivery, infrastructure, innovation, governance and security teams, business partners, and vendors to define, develop, and execute deployment of their assigned projects. The Project Manager ensures that the deployment of projects to the production environment follows the project life cycle methodology and successfully meets the business goals.

Responsibilities include:

Works closely with all Technology teams, business partners, and Vendors to plan, organize, secure, and manage resources for assigned project efforts following software development lifecycle and project implementation policies and procedures as applicable. Independently research, analyze, identify, and document the tasks to achieve the project goals. Coordinate, facilitate, and lead project team meetings to accomplish project deliverables.
Responsible for the management of the project including; work statements, work breakdown structures, developing and tracking budget and schedule, tracking individual project tasks, providing risk analysis, tracking and resolving issues and action items, requirements gathering, quality assurance, providing various project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed and communicating to project team and stakeholders.
Work closely with our business partners to understand their business and system problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements. Support requirement discussions, requirement reviews, design reviews, testing and remaining project activities to ensure required resources participate and deliverables meet project scope and schedule.
Communicate Program Information, status, and key health metrics to stakeholders. Facilitate inter-team communication and resolution of Program-level dependencies, including weekly status meeting and monthly executive steering committee meetings.
Trace the requirements through life cycle of the project to ensure that the scope is managed and that the original requirements are delivered.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Solid practical experience dealing with project management, particularly dealing with proposed efforts and leading them through a defined process of prioritization and demand management.
Ability to work progressively with a wide range of individual levels, sponsors, stakeholders and resources to align activities and initiatives.
Demonstrated cross-functional expertise in diverse fields such as IT, marketing, strategy, finance, operations, etc. and with skills as far ranging as business case development, ROI analysis, cost estimating, and what-if analyses.
Demonstrated experiencing in presenting persuasive recommendations to leadership as well as key external stakeholders, including ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to leadership that highlights a clear decision framework based on analysis and experience.
Cross-Team/Cross Department Project Leadership experience.
Strong Organizing & Inter-Personal Skills.
Technology experience/background a plus.
High school degree or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred in MIS, Technology or Business. Other: Knowledge of project management concepts and processes, requirements gathering, or business analysis preferred.
5+ years equivalent work experience
Experience preferred in project management, business analysis
Requires the use of sound business judgment in coordinating the requirements of the user group(s) for a project
Co *** ict resolution and problem-solving techniques required
Good in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation required

Summary

The Line Producer is the master strategist for production. The LP is responsible for facilitating the creative process while delivering the movie on time and within budget. The LP ensures that the schedule, budget and scope are in alignment with studio directives and initiatives. The Line Producer partners with the Director on their creative vision for the movie and creates a roadmap for the production to realize that vision.

Key responsibilities include, schedule, budget, operations, resource and staff planning and management, as well as crew communication. Working with show leadership, the LP helps ensure ever changing creative appetite stays in sync with budget & schedule realities. The Line Producer is accountable for delivery of high quality production images within budget and on schedule.

Primary Function

Partner with the Director in creating the vision for the feature.
Create budget and schedule productivity assumptions that are in line with the production's creative goals.
Establish a culture and environment where the crew is empowered to do their best work.
Partnering with creative leadership, offer complexity solutions that manage scope and maintain creative vision.
Responsible for the master schedule, production strategy, and budget.
Manage and mentor the PM and appropriate Heads of Department.
Create priorities for the creative feed.
Partner with the Animation Ser *** Studio, communicating high level goals, milestones, and priorities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel), Shotgun, and Google Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner

Ability to work proactively and independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Preferred experience is a minimum of 5 years as a Production Manager within Feature Animation or equivalent

Weekly Hiring Salary Range: $2500.0 - 3200.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
