The Production Coordinator (or Field Manager) is responsible for the onsite organization and administration of gear and crew. They prep the venue prior to the event, transport gear to and from the venue, set up gear on game day, supervise crew schedule, execute the production, and break down equipment at end of event. They must be well organized, extremely punctual, and able to communicate well with supervisors and crew both in person and remotely.

For this event, the Production Coordinator will operate a 3-input switcher with scoreboard, graphic overlays, and video ads. Equipment may need to be shipped to your home address. Gear walkthrough and test may be required prior to game day.

Responsibilities:
- Transport gear to and from venue.
- Prep the event site by staging or setting up elevated filming equipment (scaffolding, ladders, camera towers), canopies, banners, etc.
- Assist in coordinating the crew's arrival at venue.
- Set up filming and streaming equipment.
- Meet with crew to discuss responsibilities and schedule.
- Monitor and maintain power on all gear throughout production.
- Operate 3-input switcher.
- Relay feedback on camera work from video controller to camera operators.
- Break down equipment at the end of the day.
- Back up all recorded files on external hard drive. Must provide your own laptop or desktop to copy files from SD card to hard drive.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)

Administer weekly Production Dept. staff and facilities scheduling. Includes scheduling IATSE Stagecraft, Director, AD and Material Management staff. Update schedules daily as required and digitally generate and post via Microsoft Teams.

Administer production staff scheduling on Special Event productions including Rose Parade, Oscars, Emmys, CCA, LA Marathon, WeHo Pride Parade, Telethons and more.
