Established in 2006, Artifact is a Los Angeles-based creative agency and production company with a background in documentary, non-fiction, and branded content work that celebrates the diversity of the human spirit. We specialize in working with clients in the video game industry.

We are seeking a strong communicator and team player looking to build a career in production and who enjoys the logistical and organizational aspects. The position involves helping freelance teams with aspects of pre-production, production, and wrap of live-action shoots, as well as assisting with pitches, supporting Artifact’s internal team, conducting research and general office support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting with live action shoot pre-production including sourcing/holding key crew, setting up digital job folders and organizing project decks and documents, as well as crew and vendor paperwork, and support travel coordination for travel jobs.
• Assisting with project wraps, both digital and physical, including organizing and updating final production paperwork and budget actuals.
• Maintain and update digital project tools/systems.
• Help with day-to-day office operations, equipment inventory and general office management tasks. Help track office maintenance checklist and building maintenance service providers.
• Coordinate calls and zooms.
• Help create and update production and internal calendars.
• Research and pulling images, reference video for pitches and potential projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Two years experience working in physical production coordinating non-fiction and commercial projects ranging in size and scope.
• Experience using Google Workplace/Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office (excel), Slack, Box, Dropbox. Keynote is a plus.

Experience with – and appreciation for – the video game industry a plus.
