SUMMARY
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with Producers, Talent, Crews, and Post Production. This role is vital, and will essentially be the oil that keeps the machine running.
You will be working with Executive Producer and Producers, Talent, Freelance Crews, Marketing, Social Media, iFit Trainers
Our ideal candidate must have expert knowledge of current production practices and also have experience in a creative or artistic field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
may include the following.
Work directly with the Executive Producer, Producers, and other production personnel
Coordinate with Talent and Agents on Talent availability
Coordinate with Crews on availability
Book flights, hotel, and other travel for Talent and Crews
Update and maintain Talent and Crew databases
Obtain filming permits
Request COIs
Identify production inefficiencies and propose solutions
Execute NDAs, talent contracts, and crew deal memos
Purchase equipment and supplies
Research locations and compile information for Producers, Talent, and Crews
Create production books in coordination with Producers
Coordinate meetings and schedules
Vet new Crews and schedule onboarding meetings
Manage the invoicing of Talent and Crews
Compile and submit expense reports
Maintain excellent customer service skills at all times
Help to bridge communication between Talent and Producers
Ensure assigned final content is delivered on time and on budget
Schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, share notes and next steps, follow through
Initiate contact with future talent and maintain existing dialogue and rapport with talent
Support Producers in tasks as needed
Additional administrative tasks as needed

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Must be willing to travel
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in television/video production or related field
