Digital Production Company looking for a few production coordinators who have experience in the digital content world for a few upcoming projects.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day support for Production Managers and Line Producers within our production team.

Primary Function:
Help support Production Managers and Line Producers with various production needs
Managing PAs onset
Have the ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
Put processes and practices in place to ensure crew is supported via Company Policies
Escalate challenges and issues to Production Manager or Line Producer

What You'll Do:
* Help check crew avails and book when needed
* Office and Set runs when they come up
* Build and send out call sheets
* Researching/Booking Locations
* Resourcing gear (whether that is in-house gear or out of house)
* Help assist with setting up accounts
* Managing the day to day of production and being the point person for Production Assistant Team
* Payroll procedures and crew time sheets (I9's, etc)
* Assist on field and studio productions
* Organize and wrap out projects

Have Knowledge of:
* Microsoft Office
* Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc)
* Worker's Comp and handling injuries on set if they arise
* An array of different types of productions (scripted, non-scripted, semi-scripted, etc)

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is hosting an annual conference in Las Vegas 6/18 - 6/21. Our team will be filming the event to produce stock footage style archival content and post-produce a Highlight Sizzle along with additional marketing content. You will be working to help manage logistics for a crew of 12-15.

Applicant should be capable of facilitating great communication and a seamless workflow between the Event Producer, Creative Producer, Lead Editor and crew. You will need to manage production documents via our shared google drive and revise/deliver production schedules, post-production schedules, short briefs for crew (text/email) and call sheets. PC will also need to order team lunches and coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with our driver.

Teams will be on a 12hr day but likely wrap in 8-10. There will be plenty of breaks and downtime.

Job Description

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
